Charge 3 display corrupted

I have a grainy gray and white screen on my Charge 3  that just “appeared” midday yesterday. I tried all of the troubleshooting tips and restarted/ rebooted this device multiple times and it still is grainy. I’m getting increasingly frustrated. 😩 Please help.
