Lines Across Charge 3

Hi all, I have a Charge 3 that I bought in April and there are lines across the screen that are getting progressively worse. I tried calling your support people but they hung up on me.
 
I have rebooted, long reset, and tried changing the clock face to no avail. Please help
 
This looks like it has been an issue with the Charge 3 for awhile based on forum based on the complaints.

I'm having the same problem.  Happened 3 days ago and is progressivly getting worse.  I have tried the restart, long restart and changing the clock face, but that only helped to actually see my steps better.  Still have the lines across the face .  Since doing the long restart, it has been worse.  Almost can't see the time now.  It's only 1 1/2 years old.
