Charge 3 display corrupted

My Fitbit Charge 3 is less than 5 months old and I have horizontal lines running through the screen like an old school computer glitch. The screen won’t wake up sometimes when I touch it or it won’t scroll.

 

I’ve rebooted it more times than I should have to, so I’m asking what steps I have to take to fix this? Changing the clock face won’t work either, before I’m asked.
