Charge 3 display corrupted

Hello

 

I've only had my Charge for about 3 months, and last week the display started with what seems like the common problem of white vertical stripes on the screen. The screen also fails to respond when I want to swipe, in any direction, so I am stuck on the clock home screen. 

 

I searched on this forum before posting, and have taken all recommended steps to try and fix, to no avail. Help!

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your Charge 3 display is corrupted and not responding, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.

Hello 

 

I have tried all of the suggestions/recommendations and my display is still not back to normal. 

 

Can you let me know what I need to do now?
