Charge 3 display corrupted

Having contacted customer service and received no response the screen on my Fitbit Charge 3 had white vertical lines making it impossible to read since this was replace by you a couple of months ago for this to happen I'm not happy I have tried resetting and rebooting but still the same. Please advise what to do next.
