Charge 3 display corrupted

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 for 11 months. I have been having problems with black lines through my clock to the point it is unreadable.

I have done a hard reboot, and changed clock faces a couple times. I have tried several ways to fix this issue. At this point I am regretting getting this as a retirement gift.

I am considering getting a different brand because I am disappointed in the quality of this product.

I'm having the same thing. Broken lines throughout the clock face. I've done a hard reboot per the instructions in another thread, I've changed the clock face. And nothing has worked. The unfortunate thing is my year with this Charge 3 was up on Jan. 4th.

I have been contacted by Support but they’re “fix” did not help.

Well, this is not encouraging news. I've tried changing clock faces. Rebooting several times. Did everything listed to no avail. I too, have had my Charge 3 11 months but looks like the end of the line for me. I'm so disappointed! I loved my device as it was really great for tracking my exercise, heart rate and keeping hydrated. If I can't get a fix I will go to another brand device. I really want this to work out

Just FYI, they are sending me a replacement FitBit3, the “warranty” on the
replacement only covers the time from my original purchase date through the
past 11 months and will expire a year from my original purchase date in
February this year. (2/2019 thru 2/2020)

I was given the option of a 50% discount on a new purchase or a
replacement. I chose a replacement.

I was given the option of a replacement or 50% off a new purchase. I chose a replacement. The drawback is doesn’t come with a year warranty it’s warranty will expire same time as my existing FitBit3.

I will not buy another one because they don’t have a very long life and I will not buy a new one every year.  Seems this product has a lot of flaws.

I agree. I bought this at the VA hospital canteen to help with my rehab. The screen went all white after 8 months. They refused to replace as they said it was not purchased at a “real” store. I paid full price, and probably more than I would have on Amazon. I have limited mobility so it is hard for me to get out. It is so nice FitBit respects veterans. Cheap product, not worth the money if you have to replace every 8 months.
