After charging my Fitbit Charge 3 it has white lines across the screen. I had a previous Charge 3 which had the same problem and the company company replaced it, however I just called them explaining this is the same problem as the first one, and the best they can do is give me a 25 % discount. Probably will go with another brand before I purchase Fitbit again.

There must be some type of flaw in the charge 3 since I have had 2 of them and they both have had the same exact problem.
I also googled this problem and see that there are a lot of other people experiencing the same problem.

I have the same problem! The fact that my first charge 3 and replacement charge 3 didn’t even last a year is extremely disappointing. Has same problem with my charge 2. Seems to be a pattern Fitbit! The fact you won’t start new warranty with new replacement tracker says a lot!
