I recently got the Smasung note 10+ and since then I cannot get notifications on my Fitbit. I get call notifications after the call has ended but never when the call is happening and no text notifications at all. Anyone else run into this?

Yeah I am. I've a huwaui p30 and it did a systems update and hasn't worked since that day. I've asked for help but haven't received any. I'm not happy because I use it whilst at work. We aren't allowed phones in the workshop but I'm close enough to receive notifications, we I was

I've the same phone and same problem, tried all their troubleshooting **ahem**e but no luck.
