Charge 3 display corrupted

My Fitbit has grays lines in display. I’ve tried restarting it, only to still have gray lines. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker's displays is corrupted, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.

I tried restarting 3 times and still have gray/white lines in display.
