Charge 3 display corrupted

Hi, I have a problem of having grey line on my Charge 3 and sometimes the screen is not responsive so I cannot swipe it to sides and then I've tried the reset method but it did not work. I bought it only last year in august month. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for ur help and I followed all the steps to reboot the device but still grey lines are on display
