Hi, at the weekend I charged my Fitbit up, screen was fine before this. When I’ve taken off charge and worn it again the screen on has turned grey in the middle of the screen a bout a cm in the middle. Today two thin black horizontal lines had appeared.

 

Just to add its never been dropped or banged against anything. I’ve rest it and had smiley face on screen and it’s still the same. 

 

Anybody have my ideas?

I am sorry for the delay in response. If your tracker's screen is corrupted, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, as previously mentioned in another post, I have tried that a few times and changed the clock face, now not only do I have white vertical lines down the screen I also have black horizontal lines across the screen.

The watch was purchased in November and I was given it at Christmas. I really don’t think it’s fit for purpose especially when there are 100’s of complaints about the same problems.
