Hi,
I've had my Charge 3 for just under a year and the screen is now dim enough where it's impossible to read outside, making tracking my workouts during the workout impossible. I set the brightness to normal and have tried the short reset with no luck. I attempted the long reset, but my Fitbit isn't complying with it. I've searched other posts for a solution, but with no luck. Please help me solve this as I'm extremely frustrated with the situation (and I know others in this forum are as well).
Thanks
