So for 2 weeks I had trouble tracking sleep, active minutes, exercise, heart rate... finally it started working again. Now I have lines running down the face of the Fitbit... sigh.

I am sorry for the delay in response. If you are having problems with your Charge 3 display, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
