Charge 3 display corrupted

Hi,

My Fitbit Charge 3 recently is showing three white lines on the face. I looked on website and I did all what was said to do to try to remove them, ie reset, hard reset and change the clock face. None of this worked.
 
I have previously let you know that my screen locked. This has happened a few times. The hard reset has always fixed this problem. Not this time.
 
Please contact me as how this is going to be fixed.

Hello,

 

An almost identical thing happened to me, except my screen isn't displaying anything at all. Support told me to do a hard reset, which didn't fix the screen. Now, I am unable to connect the device back to my phone as I can't use the screen.

 

Help!
