Hi there,
I charged my Fitbit tonight and when I went to put it on the screen is white and filled with lines.... I’ve tried all the trouble shoots restart, long restart, change the clock face and nothing has resolved the issue.... help!

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Could not get it to reboot off of the white screen. Sometimes I could feel the vibration indicating the charging cable was properly connected, but I couldn’t get the smile screen to flash showing that the reboot worked. I wound up putting it back on the charger and then trying again in a couple of hours and was able to reboot it properly after that so that it went back to normal.
