This is the second Charge 3 this has happened to for me. I found and applied your user guide’s suggestion the other day and it has only gotten worse. And worse. In my panic (slight over dependency on the silly device), I ordered a Charge 4 the other day only to realize that it was a scam!
The lines are getting worse. I would like to return the device to you — you do not have to do anything - as I am sure you will not. I have owned so many Fitbit that I cannot count, but nothing else on the market is quite right, so I will try again and buy a Charge 4.
I think you had really quality control. So no silly tech person to respond — I just want an address, Thank you.
