Bottom line. My Charge 3 is less than 1 year old. It is the 2nd replacement. Because of Fitbit policy, I am not entitled to another replacement. Lines appeared horizontally making it difficult to read screen. I was offered 25% coupon for new product. Dissatisfied with fact that product lasts less than year. ALL THREE!
