A couple of months ago I reported a problem with my Charge 3. First I had lines on the screen and afterwards the screen didn't work anymore. The people of Fitbit helped me very well and they gave me a new Charge 3.
Now, with the new one the same things happens again. Again there are lines on the screen. So I know for sure these lines will change in a screen who's not working anymore. Maybe it's a little bug in the Charge 3?
Can you please help me, because I'm still really happy with Fitbit after 4 years.
