Hi! I got my Fitbit Charge 3 for Christmas and I have loved every second that I have had it. However, about 2 weeks ago after taking my Fitbit off the charger, vertical white lines popped up on my screen.
I have changed my clock face multiple times, quick restarted and long restarted it multiple times since then and nothing has worked. I sent a message 2 weeks ago through help.fitbit.com and haven’t heard anything back about fixing this issue. If there is anything you could help me with I would really appreciate it.
