Charge 3 display corrupted

Since yesterday white lines have appeared across the display, I’m struggling to swipe down or across. I’ve tried reset, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I’ve put it on charge and tried the new update which didn’t work or update. Any suggestions? Thank you
