I am having this same display issue and have tried the restart process in the post you attached and it did not work.

The same happened to me, then today I had multiple white lines like scribble and now the screen is black. Have tried the 8 seconds reboot, 15 second reboot and clockface change but nothing has worked. Have tried multiple times. What can I do? Have had it about 18 months.

I have had exactly the same issues since last Saturday. My charge 3 is working fine but no display, black screen. I have also tried all the recommendations for reboot and noting fixed the issue. I have had my charge 3 for 14 months. This is so frustrating as I love my Fitbit and didn’t realise how often I used it just for the time. I’m now looking at other options as looking at all these posts with exactly the same issues I’m very reluctant to purchase another Fibit.

My sister and I are both having a similar issue even though our Fitbits were bought 2 years apart. Very frustrating. Mine is still under warranty. I wonder is it possible to get a replacement

I checked and luckily am still under warranty as well, but have been on hold for 37 minutes and gave up. So will try again tomorrow. I get the 2 vibrations that the watch has turned off, then no other vibrations after that (you are supposed to get more to say it has restarted). It is still vibrating when texts are coming through so it’s just the screen.
i hope you manage to get yours sorted.
