I got replacement device for my charge 3 on last August 2019.
The same problem popped up again ( display faded ) , now Fitbit supports asking me to send it to there warehouse in Netherlands, I asked for the reason but no reply.
Any one went through this before can help me ? because Fitbit supports is difficult to reach.
any one know Netherlands warehouse phone number please send it to me.
