Had a low battery warning Thur night. Plugged Charge 3 into my desktop overnight. Fri morning it was not charged. I plugged it into my laptop and when I came home that afternoon it was not charged. I cleaned the contacts on both the Charge 3 and the connector. I plugged the Charge 3 into an electrical outlet with an approved connector overnight Fri. Sat morning it was still not charged. As a note my wife has been able to recharge her Flex 2 using the same equipment.
