Hi everyone, I wanted to add my voice to all the frustrated users who suffered a case of the dreaded vertical lines. I’ve got a bad case of them. They came on for no apparent reason after a recharging session just after my warranty ran out (go figure!).
The vertical lines are accompanied by a loss of sensitivity to the touch screen. I tried changing the watch face and have reset the unit so many times, I’ve lost count. It’s possible I’m imagining it, but it also seems that the unit needs recharging more frequently.
So there are the symptoms, and the treatments I’ve already tried. Does anyone have any other suggestions for me?
