Charge 3 display corrupted

My Fitbit Charge 3 has developed a white block in the middle of the screen - is this a fault or a software issue? I can still see the time, etc., but annoying as it’s not that old.

Fitbit been replaced by customer services due to fault on the screen so all good thanks for your reply
