Charge 3 display corrupted

I have tried long restarting and rebooting many many times. My fitbit still shows white lines across the screen. This happened one day after i had taken it out of charge. Please help. My fitbit is under warranty until end of this month.

Yes, I did contact them yesterday and since mine is still under warranty, i'm getting a replacement one shipped. Thanks! 🙂
