Charge 3 display corrupted

My Charge 3 is 14 months old, and the screen has been showing signs of issues for the past few months. I think it is corrupt. It's faded and has lines through part of it.  I troubleshooted with someone from Fitbit, but to no avail.

Fitbit has just told me I need to buy a new Fitbit, and is giving me a pittance towards my next Fitbit. This is my second fitbit - the last time it was the battery. I believe my fitbit should last much longer than only 14 months.  I am very disappointed with the quality of my fitbit and I'm very upset with FitBit customer service solution.

I hope you can do more, otherwise I will have to look at other products out there.
