Yesterday my fitbit kept dying quickly and multiple times. I would charge it for what usually would suffice but kept dying quickly. This morning I charged it for multiple hours and it said it was up to 100%. Took it off the charger and started my workout. In the middle of my workout I noticed it was not tracking my heart rate and it was already down to 20% battery. Tried multiple adjustments on my wrist but nothing would work. Also made sure the heart rate tracking setting was on. Then tried restarting it on the charger multiple times and updated the actual fitbit from my phone thinking that might have been the problem. That actually made it worse. Then it would not count my steps and still was not counting my heart rate. It then stopped showing my steps altogether. Also started changing the time shown for a brief time. I tried resetting it multiple times throughout the day but found that as I plugged it in to charge/reset it, it started vibrating erratically. After lots of adjustments I could sometimes get it to charge but not for very long. And then the battery would just start to die again. Still having difficulty getting it to charge at all. On top of that, one side of the screen is dimmer than the other. I have googled and looked for similar problems on here but no one had an actual answer how to fix any of these problems. I am not sure what else to do. Anyone else having similar problems or any answers?
I have really liked my charge 3 so far until the last few days. I have had a few issues in the past that I have been able to trouble shoot eventually. Now I am so frustrated with my fitbit that I was going to buy the new versa but might need to switch over to apple watch instead.
