If you are no longer using the Alta, probably better, though not totally necessary, to remove it, in order to eliminate any confusion with syncing and notifications, and maybe speed up Charge 3 sync. In case you are not familiar with procedure (though as a long-time Fitbetter I expect you are), on phone app:
profile pic > Alta > trash can icon near top right; then check bluetooth on phone settings and if Alta still paired, then unpair it.
Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
