Contacted Fitbit as I cannot make out the time or data on my charge 3. They did not offer to replace my defective watch (and loads of people post about this problem!!!). Instead, they just encouraged me to buy another (defective) product for 35% off!!! Why doesn’t Fitbit stand behind their products????? Why would I spend another cent on lousy products Fitbit won’t even stand behind???
