Hi,
I bought this watch in march this year. Right now the display starts to loose brightness. I restarted the Charge 3, checked the setting mentioned in this forum ( no sleep mode, display sets to normal etc).
Basically it is hard to read. Compared to my old charge 2 the Charge 3 is in normal mode as bright as the charge 2 in dimmed state.
I am not satisfied with that quality at all. I also raised an issue at different platform, no response from Fitbit. I have no twitter account, so please forward to support.
