It started a few weeks ago not holding a charge but for a few days then the days got less. Now its screen jumping and vibrating. The only way to make it stop is to let it die in my sock drawer so I cant here the vibrations. I have tried all the troubleshooting I can find. Please help

Welcome to the Community, @HaleyJane78.
Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. Have you tried the restart process? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome.
Best AnswerI have the same issue, display is showing various screens in fast order, vibration runs all the time, charge3 does not react. I have done the restart already twice. Synchronisation with my iPhone doesn’t work. What else can I do?
