Recently, after charging my device the screen went haywire when I took it off the charger. It keeps bouncing all over the place and won’t lock into place.
I’ve tried resetting, and reinstalling the app. I’m a longtime Fitbit user and have been successful troubleshooting problems before, but to no avail this time. Is this common? Does anyone know a fix? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure you followed those steps in order to restart your device.

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried this 3 times and the screen is still flickering, shaking and ultimately looking like white noise on a tv screen. I was going to send a pic, but now the screen won’t show up at all. It still vibrates though—it’s not dead. I would love any solution. I miss using it. Thank you!!
