I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 for a little over a year. It has always had a very dim screen, but now I cannot see it at all when I am outside. I have to be a dimly lit room in order to read it. This is pretty much useless to me as I cannot see any of the data. I had a Charge 2 for several years and never had the problems I have with this one. Has anyone had any luck getting this problem resolved?

I reported this a year ago and they have no solutions.

Happens to me also. I'll set the brightness on Auto or Normal and it will flip over to the dim setting out of the blue. Then, the screen is too dark to put it back to Normal setting!
