I received my Charge 3 as a Christmas gift from my husband back in 2018 and just today I've noticed that the screen is extremely dim on Normal or Auto brightness setting. Completely unreadable on the Dim setting. I thought I might have accidentally changed the setting somehow, but it's clear I didn't. I've tried all the fixes mentioned in various posts including a standard & hard reboot, no change. I'm able to see my info on the app so no sync issues.
I've had various Fitbit products over that last 10 years and I've never had a problem like this on a product I've had only 15 months. From all the various posts I've seen on the same subject, it appears I'm not alone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
