Hi, my screen on my Charge 3 is very faded making it very hard ti read or use. I've read the similar posts and tried the advice but I've had no luck in fixing it. Any suggestions?

Hi Alejandra,

I have looked at the post to reset my Charge 3.

However it has been unsuccessful on several occassions and  I can now only see 5% of my screen.

Any other suggestions?
