I charged my Fitbit as usual before I went to bed .when I woke up, the screen had horizontal lines across it. It's incredibly difficult to read what the screens say. I've tried changing the clock face, and also try to Short reset. the longer reset won't work. also disappointed and annoyed that the email support was taken away, as your instant messaging support isn't working either and you don't exactly make it easy to find the Fitbit phone number to contact customer support

Hi @jnm934, welcome to the Community Forums.
I appreciate all the details that were shared in your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps prior to posting, certainly, your Charge 3 isn't working the way it was designed. Let me share with you that our Customer Support team was contacted on your behalf to provide you further assistance with the difficulties you're currently experiencing. Please keep an eye on your email inbox because they'll be in touch with you pretty soon.
In the meantime they contact you, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you Ricardo. This is is the second time my Fitbit has done this and unfortunately, I am no longer covered under warranty. Both my devices have done this after just one year of use! So disappointing and also shocking. Upon looking at the forum I can see many, many Charge 3 users have this problem. It doesn't seem like a user incurred problem. Is there anything else that can be done? A device shouldn't have a year long life.
With thanks.
