Hi,
The display on my Charge3 has been fading over the last few days it is now almost blank. I have tried the suggestions in the fórum to no avail. Reset ( a few times) , changing the clock face, updating the software, nada. I cannot see the steps taken nor the time. What now? Thank you for your help.

Have had the same thing happening to me and I posted about a week ago. Have had no contact from fitbit and no advice other than to restart to make sure not on sleep mode which is not the issue. I hope you hear something from them!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 display being too dim and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket for you @Akusanke so our Support team can further assist you via email. @aniklav I noticed that you already have a ticket with Support so please work with them to find a solution.
