I cannot use my Fitbit Charge 3 outdoors since I cannot read the screen as it is too dim. I have tried every setting and walk into the shade but nothing works for me. I have had a Fitbit for more than 6 years and hate to switch brands but this is very frustrating.

I charged watch and now the background is faded and has vertical lines . I’ve done the restart twice to no change .

I have the same issue with mine. The screen is not readable. You can only make a trace image of what is on the screen. I am going to try plugging into a outlet directly to see if the charge source has anything to do with it. Please post if you get a better answer on how to fix.
Thx
