I’m not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but, my Charge 3 has been acting weird as of late:
1) It randomly reboots itself. I’ve woken up so many times in the middle of the night because of the vibration on my arm. Or, it’ll die in the middle of a workout and I lose that time and calorie burn tracking.
2) It often won’t let me scroll through the different screens. If I want to track a run, I have to sometimes use the app. I’m SOL if I’m weight lifting and it happens. The weird thing is, sometimes it’ll respond better when I open the app on my phone.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Community, @MissMish.
I would like to know if you keep having problems with your Charge 3? Is it rebooting itself? What troubleshoot have you tried so far?.
I hope to hear from you soon.

Alejandra,
Customer service got into contact with me and replaced it! I was very grateful. Now, because of the Texan heat, sometimes it’ll overheat when I workout in my garage and reboot itself, but now I take more frequent breaks and make sure that I can cool down my watch.
