Hi All,
I have a charge 3, i have had it about 2 years now.
It started a couple of days ago with just random lines missing off the display and my heart rate registering on the device as 150-200bpm, when actually it was only 60-80bpm as it was checked manually.
The sleep tracking is also not working properly, it is only managing simple sleep tracking and not the proper tracking.
I also pay for Premium.
So i did 2 hard resets and fully charged the device, changed the clock face and its quite quickly deteriorated.
There is now quite a large chunk of the screen totally missing, lines through what bits of the display is left and my heart rate is still registering as over 140bpm continuously.
Is my fitbit totally beyond fixing? Should i just get rid of it?
