Yesterday I noticed that I was unable to read the screen of my fitbit charge 3; i couldn't see whether or not sleep mode was on or what. Continued to sync with my phone no issues.
Got home and put it on charge, after a while it showed a smiley face and was working and I managed to turn off sleep mode. It was over 60% charged. However the screen was then very slow to respond and I could swip between options either left/right or up/down.
Woke up the morning and the screen wouldn't turn on at all. Put my fitbit on charge and after vibrating a few times a white line appeared across the screen, whilst on charge it wouldn't sync with my phone. The white line disappeared and my fitbit had 54% battery. Took it off charge and it stayed on the dnd/sleep screen. After some trying I could see my clock face but then a notification came in and I couldn't close it.
Tried resetting the fitbit, and it wouldn't reset. Put it in the charger and tried the 15sec reset with not look. My fitbit is now in the charger switching between the dnd/sleep screen & the clock face whilst vibrating (has been for 10 mins). Any suggestions what I can do next?
I love my fitbit and haven't had any issues with it previously.
