My Fitbit HR is neither capturing steps (consistently lists 0 steps) nor distance but it’s capturing heart rate. I’ve restarted a few times but that’s not doing the trick. The battery also seems to be draining quickly. I’m wondering if there is any hope for this device to be salvaged by me or anyone else.
