Charge 3 display not working and not syncing

I am having a couple different issues. I cannot see anything on the screen of the Charge 3.  I have tried the various troubleshooting suggestions.   The second issue is it says the last sync was yesterday morning.  I have no idea whether my stats are correct.  I am disappointed in the Charge 3.  I seem to have issues with it after the  updates.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3's display isn't working and not syncing. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You don't mention which troubleshoots you have tried so I suggest you do the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

I have it working now. I tried some of the things that were listed in
other posts.
