Hi! When I woke up this morning my Fitbit display was a jumble of white pixels. I put it on the charger & now the screen is just black. I’ve restarted it, changed the clock screen, & done a long restart. Nothing is working, nothing comes up at all on the display. Please help!

Thank you, I haven’t heard anything yet! I am letting the battery run right down then I will delete the app from my devices and reinstall it, see if that sorts it out. It’s very annoying as I can’t see anything on the clock face just a jumble of white mess!

I’m having a similar problem! A few days ago the display on my charge 3 went blank. I did a restart and it worked for a few hours and then did it again. This time the restart and the long restart hasn’t helped. The battery is fully charged and will connect and sync with the app but the display is black. I tried the clock face change to see if that would work, it says it’s changed the face but display is still black!
