Charge 3 display is not working - how to repair

Hi there, @Vini75. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

To better assist you, would you mind providing more details of the issue with your Charge 3? What did happen to the screen exactly? 

 

If the screen is blank or has developed lines, please restart your Charge 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I tried restarting the device and changing the clock face. But the display is blank. Is there anything else I can do to get the display back?

For Charge 3—press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
