My kids bought me charge 3 last july for my birthday about 3 months after a black line appeared then a few more so checked on here for troubleshooting and done reboot several times no change. More lines have appeared it's hard to actually read display now there are that many lines. I have tried several times to ring customer support but never been able to get through. Any advice would be most welcome
