Charge 3 display screen corrupted

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've only had my Charge 3 for about 3.5 - 4 months since replacing my Charge 2 after it stopped working after barely 8 months.

Now my Charge 3 has 3 horizontal lines running across the display screen, as if the pixels are missing. It started out as 1 line and gradually increased to more.

Additionally, my wrist band has broken. The part where the fastener is ripped off its hinges and parts of my wrist band are ripped underneath. I haven't done anything to my Fitbit to cause the lines or the band to break. Thus, I don't know how it started or what could have caused it.

I tried rebooting and changing the clock face to fix my display screen as some other members in the community have done, but had no luck.

I have recently purchased a Charge 4 and a new wristband to replace my Charge 3 in hope that these issues don't happen again and that my 3rd fitbit lasts longer than just a few months to 1 year.

Hi, I’ve had my charge 3 nearly a year. I had it replaced due to missing pixels in roughly may time. That one was fault too, just kept scrolling, so it was replaced again. Which has been great, until this past month when pixels have started going again. I’ve tried the reset which hasn’t worked. Just wondered if there was anything that could be done.

Ive probably posted this in wrong place but the on line chat isn’t working.

Thank you in advance
