I have done multiple resets and rebooted the device. Display is grey with vertical lines. Please help.

I am also having this issue. I changed the clock face and did a hard reset and it’s still grey with vertical lines.

I have the exact same problem! I got the fitbit charge 3 as a present from a friend early this year 2020. One day I got 1 vertical line, and it got up to 4. I saw how the admin states to change the display face and reboot the charge 3. I did all of that and it didn't solve the problem. I had a Charge HR, and a Charge 2 for a very 3+ years. It is very disappointing to have a Charge 3 that did even last a year :(. Please help

I have a charge 3 also, with only 2 vertical lines (so far). I had a fitbit One for 6 years that was great, I bought this for swimming and have had more problems in just over a year than I ever had with the One. What's up Fitbit, you are loosing our confidence?

Also, I have checked to see that my app is up to date. Are there any other recommended solutions?

Im having the same issues, got mine for xmas last year and now i cant make anything out on my screen. Have followed all instructions for hard and soft reboots, changing clock faces and trying all of them. Had my charge 2 for years with zero problems.
