Charge 3 dissapearing steps?

has anyone ever had their charge 3 steps dissapear? I hit my 10k steps just before 2pm today and now it is 5:30 and my app and tracker say 4329, and just a minute ago it was 4346. I tried restarting it but I am not sure it actually restarted even though I saw a smiley face

Yes having the same issue happen today - has not happened before.  My steps were up to 15726 on virgin pulse as they sync - now on my fitbit it shows 4831.  I quit syncing with my phone a few minutes ago as whenever it would sync with the phone - steps would go down.

Frustrating as hell, along with several other issues including heart rate, minutes not credited, red light of death, etc., etc., etc. UGH!

Did restarting the Charge 3 fix that problem because I had almost 9500 steps only an hour ago and now I'm down to 6300?

Yes, I restarted the devise numerous times. It varies back and forth but
keeps defaulting to 10,957. God only knows where it's going to end up. Good
luck. 😕

6,000 + steps disappeared.  I tried restarting, it didn't help

Did not help.  Restarted it.  Rebooted the app.  Deleted the app and reinstalled and then linked it again.  Same issue.  When the phone syncs up with the device - lose steps.

Called in spoke with someone - they said yes it is an issue we are elevating it to the next level of support to fix it.  No response since then.
